Lora is one of the 51 union councils of Abbottabad District in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa of Pakistan.[1] Lora Union Council takes its name from the main village of area. The local language is pahari but Urdu is also universally understood. Tehsil Lora have 6 union councils. U.C Phallah, Lora, Seer Sharqi, Seer Gharbi, Goreeni and Nagri. Murtaza Javed Abbasi Former Federal Minister belongs to Teahil Lora.
