Lorraine C. Miller (born May 6, 1948) is an American political administrator who served as the 35th Clerk of the United States House of Representatives from 2007 to 2011. Along with James Roosevelt, she is also the co-chair of Democratic National Committee's Credentials Committee.[1][2]
