Luthfur Rahman OBE (Bengali: লুথফুর রহমান; born October 1976) is a British former local councillor, who served as the deputy leader of Manchester City Council from 2021 to 2024.[1] In May 2008, he became the first person of Bangladeshi origin to be elected a Councillor on Manchester City Council.[2]
