Lyubinsky District (Russian: Лю́бинский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[5] district (raion), one of the thirty-two in Omsk Oblast, Russia. It is located in the southwestern central part of the oblast. The area of the district is 3,300 square kilometers (1,300 sq mi).[2] Its administrative center is the urban locality (a work settlement) of Lyubinsky.[1] Population: 37,735 (2010 Census);[3] 42,123 (2002 Census);[7] 44,283 (1989 Soviet census).[8] The population of the administrative center accounts for 27.1% of the district's total population.[3]
