Dr. Malapalli Chowdareddy Sudhakar (born March 18, 1969) is an Indian politician serving as Cabinet Minister for Higher education, Government of Karnataka in cabinet of Siddaramaiah.[2][3] He is serving as Member of the Legislative Assembly for third time from Chintamani Assembly under Indian National Congress.[4][5]
