Govindan, popularly known as Govindan Master, is an Indian politician from the Communist Party of India (Marxist), and is the current Kerala State Secretary and the party's Politburo member since 2022. He previously served as the State Minister for Local self-governments and Excise in the Second Vijayan Ministry from 2021 to 2022.
