Ma Zhanmin (Chinese: 马占民; 22 July 1932 – 19 April 2024) was a lieutenant general in the People's Liberation Army Air Force of China. He was a delegate to the 6th and 7th National People's Congress.[1] He was a member of the 9th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.[1]
