Madison is a city in Madison and St. Clair counties in the U.S. state of Illinois. It is also a suburb of St. Louis. The population was 3,171 at the 2020 census,[3] down from 3,891 in 2010.[4] It is home to World Wide Technology Raceway at Gateway and the first Bulgarian Orthodox church in the United States.
