Dr. Mahmoud Dawud al-Mashhadani (Arabic: محمود المشهداني; born 1948) is an Iraqi politician and a former Speaker of the Iraqi Council of Representatives.[2] He was elected to the Council of Representatives as part of the Sunni Arab-led Iraqi Accord Front list.
