Mammad agha Shahtakhtinski[1] (Azerbaijani: Məhəmməd ağa Məhəmmədtağı sultan oğlu Şahtaxtılı; 1846 – 12 December 1931) was an Azerbaijani journalist, scholar, and political writer.[2]
