Manang Biring (transl. Old Woman Biring) is a 2015 Philippine adult animated black tragicomedy film directed by Carl Joseph Papa.[1]
It is the first adult animated film to be developed in the Philippines, drew several themes of old age, financial struggle, cancer, and friendship. The story revolves around Biring, an elderly woman who has stage 4 breast cancer, who receives a letter from a article who wants to spend time with her for the Christmas season before her death.[2][3]
