Manisha Shah is an American economist who is the Chancellor's Professor of Public Policy at the University of California, Berkeley Goldman School of Public Policy.[1] She is a development economist whose primary research and teaching interests lie at the intersection of applied microeconomics, health, and development. She is an editor at the Journal of Health Economics[2] and an associate editor at The Review of Economics and Statistics as well as a faculty research associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research, a research fellow at the Institute for the Study of Labor, and a faculty affiliate at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab.[3]
