Marc Perrin de Brichambaut (French pronunciation: [maʁk peʁɛ̃ də bʁiʃɑ̃bo]; born 29 October 1948) is a French career judge and diplomat. From 2011 to 2015 he was the Secretary General of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, and from 2015 to 2024 he was a judge at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.
