Marcelo Antônio Cartaxo Queiroga Lopes (born 1 December 1963) is a Brazilian cardiologist, who served as minister of health of Brazil, from 23 March 2021 to 31 December 2022. He was appointed by President Jair Bolsonaro to replace outgoing Minister Eduardo Pazuello.[1][2] Queiroga is the fourth minister of health since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country.[3]
