Mariestella Cañedo Racal (Tagalog pronunciation: [kaˈɲɛdo ɾaˈkal]; born September 22, 1997), better known as Maris Racal, is a Filipino actress and singer. She came to prominence in 2014 after joining Pinoy Big Brother: All In, where she was the Second Big Placer. After her stint in Pinoy Big Brother, Racal signed a deal with Star Magic. She was a former member of It's Showtime's all-girl dance group Girltrends[1] and ASAP's sing-and-dance group BFF5.[2]

Racal's most breakthrough role is the character of Irene Tiu in the ABS-CBN romantic drama series Can't Buy Me Love with her on-screen partner Anthony Jennings.[3]
