Mark Deyon Higgs (born April 11, 1966) is an American former professional football running back who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Dallas Cowboys, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals. He played college football for the Kentucky Wildcats and was selected by the Cowboys in the eighth round of the 1988 NFL draft.
