Marko Dimitriev Balabanov (Bulgarian: Марко Димитриев Балабанов) (1837 – 16 June 1921) was a Bulgarian politician and diplomat. He was the first Minister of Foreign Affairs of the country and served twice on that post. He was also briefly Chairperson of the National Assembly of Bulgaria. Balabanov was a member of the Conservative Party and the Progressive Liberal Party.
