Masiung Banah is a Malaysian politician who has been the State Minister of Youth and Sports and also a Sabah People's Ideas Party (GAGASAN) member, one of the Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS) component parties. He has served as the Member of Sabah State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Kuamut since March 2008. In 2023, he was appointed as Vice President III of Sabah People's Ideas Party along with Arifin Bin Mohd Arif (Vice President I) and Rubin Balang (Vice President II).
