Matsudaira Kiyoyasu (松平 清康, September 28, 1511 – November 29, 1535) was the 7th lord over the Matsudaira clan during the Sengoku period (16th century) of Japan. Kiyoyasu was the paternal grandfather of the third "great unifier of Japan", Tokugawa Ieyasu.
