Maxim Vladimirovich Ryzhenkov (Russian: Максим Владимирович Рыженков; born 19 June 1972) is a Belarusian politician serving as minister of foreign affairs since 2024.[1] From 2016 to 2024, he served as first deputy head of the presidential administration.[2]
