Mawlawi Mehdi Mujahid (Dari: مولوی مهدی مجاهد;‎ 1988 – 17 August 2022)[1][3][4] was an Afghan Hazara rebel who led around 200 Hazara fighters during the Balkhab uprising.[5] He was a Taliban commander before rebelling against the Taliban until he was killed on 17 August 2022.[6]
