Melani Claire Cammett (born 1969) is an American political scientist; she is currently the Clarence Dillon Professor of International Affairs in the Department of Government at Harvard University and the Director of the university's Weatherhead Center for International Affairs. She holds a secondary appointment in the Department of Global Health and Population at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.[1] Cammett's research focuses on ethnoreligious violence and the politics of development, particularly in the Middle East.[2]
