Melissa C. Minor-Brown (born April 19, 1984) is an American politician. She is a Democratic member of the Delaware House of Representatives, representing district 17.[1]

In June 2023, Minor-Brown was elected majority leader in the House, replacing Valerie Longhurst, who had been elected Speaker of the House after the resignation of Peter Schwartzkopf.[2]
