The Ministry of Justice (MOJ, Chinese: 法務部; pinyin: Fǎwùbù; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: Hoat-bū-pō͘) is a ministerial level body of the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), responsible for carrying out various regulatory and prosecutorial functions.
