Mir Syed Shams-ud-Din Muhammad Arāqi[a] (Persian: میر شمس الدین محمد عراقی; c. 1440–1515 CE), was an Iranian Sufi saint.[4] Araqi was part of the order of Twelver Shia Sufis in Jammu and Kashmir who greatly influenced the social fabric of the Kashmir Valley and its surrounding regions.
