The Mitteldeutsche Zeitung (German pronunciation: [ˈmɪtl̩ˌdɔʏtʃə ˈtsaɪtʊŋ]; transl. "Central German Newspaper") is a regional daily newspaper for southern Saxony-Anhalt, Germany. Published in Halle[1] with several local versions, the paper is owned by M. DuMont Schauberg, Cologne.
