Mohammad Mohit Ur Rahman Shanto (born 14 June 1977)[2] is a Bangladeshi politician and a former Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Mymensingh-4 constituency.[3][4][5] He won for the Bangladesh Awami League in the 2024 Bangladeshi general election.[6][7] Shanto is the son of former religion minister Matiur Rahman.[8] He is a councillor of the Bangladesh Cricket Board from Mymensingh.[9]
