Mordechai Scheiner

Mordechai Sheiner (Hebrew: מרדכי שיינר; Russian: Мордеха́й Шейнер) is an Israeli Orthodox rabbi associated with the Chabad Hasidic movement. Sheiner served as Chief Rabbi of Jewish Autonomous Oblast from 2002 to 2011.[1][2]
