Mun tahu (Chinese: 燜豆腐 / 焖豆腐; pinyin: mèn dòufu'; lit. 'braised tofu') is Chinese Indonesian dish of soft tofu braised in savoury thick white sauce, mixed with minced chicken and shrimp.[1]
