Myra is the second and major-label debut album by Mexican-American pop singer Myra in the Pop Music Market, released by Buena Vista Records on June 26, 2001. Myra was preceded by the first two singles, "Dancing in the Street" and "Miracles Happen (When You Believe)", which was also included on the soundtracks of the Disney films Recess: School's Out and The Princess Diaries.^[1]

The album also includes Myra's cover of the Martha and the Vandellas track "Dancing in the Street", which was previously issued as a single to promote the Disney film Recess: School's Out. Myra was heavily promoted in Limited Too stores and was the first CD album to be sold there.^[2]
