NXT TakeOver: Philadelphia was the 18th NXT TakeOver professional wrestling livestreaming event produced by WWE. It was held exclusively for wrestlers from the promotion's NXT brand division. The event aired exclusively on the WWE Network and took place on January 27, 2018, at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania as part of that year's Royal Rumble weekend.

Five matches were contested at the event. In the main event, Andrade "Cien" Almas defeated Johnny Gargano to retain the NXT Championship. In other prominent matches, Ember Moon retained the NXT Women's Championship against Shayna Baszler and Aleister Black defeated Adam Cole in an Extreme Rules match. The event was also notable for the return of Tommaso Ciampa. The main event received a 5 star rating by Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, which was the first NXT match to receive this rating, WWE's sixth match overall, and the first match since 2011 to receive this rating.
