Nagahama (長浜市, Nagahama-shi) is a city located in Shiga Prefecture, Japan. As of 1 November 2021[update], the city had an estimated population of 116,043 in 46858 households and a population density of 120 persons per km2.[1] The total area of the city is 680.79 square kilometres (262.85 sq mi).
