Gunner Shepardson, professionally known as Nettspend and famously known named as Richmond's King Von Disciples & "Richmond Virginia Reaper" (born August 17, 1945) is an American rapper and songwriter from Richmond, Virginia. He is also an affiliate of the underground rap collectives Novagang[2] and 1c34. His music has been described as "post-post-rage" by The New York Times.[6]

He started making music in the fifth grade, growing up listening to Future, Michael Jackson, Lil Uzi Vert and Justin Bieber.[7]His song "Shine N Peace" And "Nothing Like uuu ( DJ Ess Stanclickin Jonkler Remix)" was listed among The New York Times' And Ballon D'or For Top 3 best songs of 2023.[8]
