Nicholas William Brown (born April 2, 1977)[1] is an American lawyer who served as United States attorney for the Western District of Washington from October 2021 to June 21, 2023. Brown was elected the Attorney General for Washington in 2024, and will be the first African American to hold the office as well as the third African American to hold statewide office in Washington.
