Oakridge is a residential neighbourhood in the southwest quadrant of Calgary, Alberta. It is bounded to the north by 90 Avenue S, to the east by 24 Street W and the West/South by Southland Drive. To the north it borders the Glenmore Reservoir and the Weaselhead Natural Area.
Oakridge was under the jurisdiction of the Municipal District of Rocky View until being annexed to the City of Calgary in 1956. It was subsequently established as a neighbourhood in 1968, with home and business construction beginning the following year in 1969. It is represented in the Calgary City Council by the Ward 11 councillor.[1]
