State Route 301 (SR 301) is a 45.33-mile (72.95 km) long north–south state highway in the northern portion of the U.S. state of Ohio. The southern terminus of SR 301 is at SR 302 in Chester Township nearly 5.50 miles (8.85 km) south of West Salem. Its northern terminus is at U.S. Route 6 (US 6) in Sheffield Lake.
