Oleg Anatolyevich Chirkunov (Russian: Олег Анатольевич Чиркунов, IPA: [ɐˈlʲek tɕɪrkʊˈnof]; born 15 November 1958) is a Russian politician who served as the governor of Perm Krai from 12 March 2004 to 28 April 2012.[1]
