The Party of Communist Internationalists (Russian: ПартияКоммунистов Интернационалистов, romanizedPartiya Kommunistov Internatsionalistov; PCI) is a Trotskyist organization in Russia. It was created in May 2023 as a result of the merger of Marxist Tendency (the Russian section of the International Marxist Tendency, now the Revolutionary Communist International) with the communist organization the New Reds (Russian: Новые красные, romanized: Novyye krasnyye; NK) and it got the name Organisation of Communist Internationalists (Russian: Организация Коммунистов Интернационалистов, romanizedOrganizatsiya Kommunistov Internatsionalistov; OCI). According to its own statements, the PCI has the goal of creating a revolutionary vanguard cadre party.

The movements which merged in 2023 into the OCI participated in the 2021 protests[1][2][3] and the 2022 anti-war protests,[4] and also condemned the intervention of the CSTO forces in protest-ridden Kazakhstan.[5]

OCI after its establishment began to organize public events in Saint Petersburg, Moscow and other cities. The aim was to agitate the sympathizers of former Marxist Tendency and New Reds to join the newly formed organization and to tell about the merger.[6][7]

At the congress in September 2024, the organization was renamed the Party of Communist Internationalists.
