Oscar Borisovich Feltsman (Ukrainian & Russian: Оскар Борисович Фельцман; Lithuanian: Oskaras Borisovičius Feltsmanas; 18 February 1921 – 3 February 2013) was a Ukrainian-born composer of Lithuanian Jewish descent.^[1] He was the father of Vladimir Feltsman.
