Lieutenant-General Owen Lewis Cope Williams JP (13 July 1836 – 2 October 1904) was a British Army officer and Conservative politician who sat in the House of Commons from 1880 to 1885.[1] He belonged to the Marlborough House set around the future King Edward VII.[2]
