Oyoko is a small town in the Sekyere Kumawu District of the Ashanti Region of Ghana. The town is in the Kumawu parliamentary constituency. Oyoko is near Effiduase, about 40 kilometres (25 mi) northeast of Kumasi, the regional capital.
