Pulloli Chacko Thomas (born 31 October 1950) is an Indian politician who was Union Minister of State for Law and Justice for Kerala from 2003 to 2004 and a six-term member of Lok Sabha from 1989 to 2009. He is the Deputy Chairman of Kerala Congress[1]
