The Paetongtarn cabinet, formally known as the 64th Council of Ministers (คณะรัฐมนตรีไทย คณะที่ 64) was formed after the removal of Srettha Thavisin as Prime Minister of Thailand. The coalition is led by Pheu Thai Party which nominated Paetongtarn Shinawatra as its candidate for prime minister.

Paetongtarn was elected by House of Representatives as prime minister on 16 August 2024 and received the appointment from the royal command two days later.[1][2]

The cabinet was officially sworn into office by King Rama X on 6 September 2024.[3]
