Pamela Sue Rogers Lychner[1][2] (November 9, 1958 – July 17, 1996)[3] was an American real estate agent from Greater Houston[4] who promoted the "Pam Lychner Sexual Offender Tracking and Identification Act of 1996" bill. She was killed in the explosion of TWA Flight 800.
