Panah Ali Khan Javanshir (Persian: پناه‌علی‌ خان جوانشیر; Azerbaijani: پناهعلی خان; 1693 – 1759 or 1763) was the founder and first ruler of the Karabakh Khanate under Persian suzerainty.[1][2]
