Patricia Tolliver Giles (née Patricia Denise Tolliver, born 1973)[1] is a United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia from 2003 to 2021.
