Paul John Holmes (born 25 August 1988) is a British Conservative Party politician who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Hamble Valley since 2024. He was the Member of Parliament for Eastleigh from 2019 to 2024. He has been Shadow Minister for Northern Ireland and Shadow Minister for Foreign Affairs since July 2024.[1]
