Paul Ryan Janish (/ˈjɑːnɪʃ/ YAH-nish;[1] born October 12, 1982) is an American baseball coach and former professional baseball shortstop. He is currently the Director of Player Development for the Chicago White Sox of the American League.[2][3] He played in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Cincinnati Reds, Atlanta Braves, and Baltimore Orioles.
