Paul Woodrow Palmer (born October 14, 1964) is an American former professional football running back in the National Football League (NFL) for the Kansas City Chiefs, Detroit Lions and Dallas Cowboys. He also was a member of the Barcelona Dragons in the World League of American Football (WLAF). He played college football for the Temple Owls.
