Pennsylvania Route 290 (PA 290, designated by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation as SR 290) is a 9.17-mile-long (14.76 km) state highway located in the environs of Erie, Pennsylvania. The western terminus of the route is at Interstate 79 and Pennsylvania Route 5 in the neighborhood of Dock Junction. The eastern terminus is at Interstate 90 and Pennsylvania Route 430 southeast of downtown in Harborcreek Township.
